Carpet Steam Cleaning Prices range from $25.00 to $75.00 per room, $35 for average stair case, $15 for the average connecting hallway, depending on condition of carpet, room size, and room arrangement (Minimum $85 charge) Add $10.00 per floor above ground level due to setup requirements. Shampoo is a minimum $50 charge for normal sized living room and hall.

Bleach Stain, Stain, and Spot removal are charged seperate from carpet cleaning due to labor intensive time consuming techniques required to safely removal set in stains. Minimum Charge of $50 for the first 2 hours plus $25 per hour for each additional hour. Bleach Stain repair prices are on a case by case basis depending on size, length of time for repair, and the amount of chemicals used in repair. Bleach Stain Repair is a process when properly used can recover 90% to 100% of color damage due to bleach accidents.

Auto and Home Upholstery steam cleaning done by appointment only.

VCT sealing and waxing pricing is depending on size of job and will be quoted at time of estimate.
